Andrea Bocelli - The Lord's Prayer

I was shopping last night in Barnes and Noble, and I was pleasantly surprised to hear "The Lord's Prayer" playing. And then "O Little Town of Bethlehem" and other carols were played. As I was checking out, I told them how much I loved the music. This is a prayer we need to be praying in these difficult times.

I saw this the other day and wondered if it was good. I should have known it would be, I love Bocelli's voice. Thanks for sharing this, it's so beautiful, and the words and message are timeless! Merry Christmas Cathy!

So glad to hear about your shopping trip and the songs you heard. Andrea Bocelli has the most beautiful voice. And this song; wow. I first heard of Andrea Bocelli when my husband and I were in Italy about 11 years ago. Our tour bus played his music throughout most of our drives and we fell in love with his music.

Merry Christmas Cathy. I pray you are feeling better.

Love,
Debbie

AMEN! amen amen...and blessings & thank you Cathy!!! Angelic music once more over here with Melodies and Hymnsongs...indeed this is a prayer we can pray daily and with great meaning if we really think about each word/line as we pray or sing the LORD's PRAYER but listening to Andrea Bocelli is such inspiration & JOY!(though my joy is mixed with tears, it's alright 'cuz there's healing in them)! Thanks for Deb's link but it looks like
we visit whoever we find...Amy must need prayer, too! Don't see a TSMSS Linky up yet!...I'm going to bed...
& at least try to sleep.
Love & hugs,
Peggy

Oh, Andrea Bocelli has a beautiful voice; and I love it when I hear truly good music when I'm out and about. (I had to listen to a very bad rendition of I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus today while out shopping - nerve grating to say the least.)

I hope you're warm and snuggie and didn't have to go out today! My sister and her hubby, their two young-adult children, and the dog were heading up to Asheville to stay in a cabin for a week. They didn't realize a storm was on it's way until I called them yesterday afternoon. They are currently camped out in a motel in Columbia SC waiting for the cabin owner to call them when the roads are safe to travel on. They were just relieved they didn't get stuck on the highway in the midst of that storm.

You stay cozy and safe! Hugs!

I saw Andrea Bocelli on TV talking about his new Christmas album. He has such a wonderful voice and I was glad to hear he had made this album. It was the first time I had seen him clean shaven. He looked different. Thank you for sharing this beautiful music with us.
Blessings,
Charlotte
