Word Filled Wednesday
Prayer
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble
themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked
ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and
will heal their land.

That will really be awesome if everyone in this land are on their knees asking for His forgiveness. May the Lord send a revival into each person's heart. God bless you sister.

Beautiful WFW!
The picture goes so well with the verse. I was thinking on this verse the other day and on the phrase,....if my people would humble themselves.
I guess humble is a verb.
Something I can do!
That must be a pre-prayer ceremony.
Good thoughts here.
This is just beautiful, Cathy. Blessings and Joy to you, dear friend.
Such a good scripture for our country's much needed renewal!
Thank you, Cathy. We just had our elections here and once again I'm reminded how important the role is of God's people in the welfare and transformation of communities.
That is one verse that reduces me to awe.......if my people...
lovely picture with it.
I heard this sung at Symphony Hall in Boston a few years back. It was a special gospel performance by the Boston Pops and it was spectacular.
Wonderful verse and prayer.
Love the picture and the verse! What a powerful prayer that our country needs to heed. Thanks for sharing.
If only His People really would take this scripture seriously.
LORD open our eyes to our wicked ways and break our hearts over our sins that we would turn from them! In Yeshua ~ Amen
Enjoy your weekend!
