Wow-- what a powerful story. Fanny Crosby truly was willing to die to her self so that she could live more vibrantly and more fully in Christ. And we are able to reap some of the blessings in her hymns!

Yes, Beka, she left us some beautiful hymns. I enjoy reading about her.

Isn't that the truth. She is wonderful. I have posted this hymn before, but it surely is worth repeating. I will probably be doing a lot of that!

I have a book telling about the history of some hymns, I enjoy reading them!

Did you see one of the Show and Tells that featured a Sabbath School hymnal? I thought of you when I read it and wondered if you would see it.

Thank you for your comment!

Katherine, you're welcome. I have a book like that too. I could use it for my blog. Actually, I didn't have hymns in mind when I started blogging, but it came up in the name! Every name I thought of was taken! lol And I do love the hymns. No, I didn't see that Show and Tell. I may have to look for it. Blessings ~
