A Little Later Giveaway

James1:17 -
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

This was the verse of the day that I received in my email on the day I was working on this post.

Recently, I have been so blessed to win 3 giveaways, and the song "Give Thanks" has been on my mind. I posted it here, and it is beautiful.

I wanted to have a giveaway for my 100th post, but was not able to at the time. So after 135 posts, I want to have one. I don't have a camera, so I will have to refer you to Wal-Mart to see the giveaway. I haven't heard the music, but I feel sure it must be good. You can scroll down, see all the hymns listed on the 2 discs and perhaps listen to samples. Just leave a comment, and I will draw a name next Tuesday.

Aren't you sweet! I bet that is a wonderful CD.

I used that verse from James in one of my posts this week, too - the one about the painted bunting. Everything good in my life comes from the Father, and He is so very good to me.

Hope your day is filled with delights, Cathy.

Oh, how I miss singing hymns! Our church sings all newer contemporary songs, while thats ok, i miss the hymns I grew up with-so rich with meaning.
Have a great day with Jesus!

Cathy, you are so sweet! I completely missed the giveaway part when I read this. Do include me in the drawing!

I agree with Robin. Our church hardly ever sings hymns anymore and I miss them greatly.

Cathy -
Thank you for your sweet email. I was planning to stop by sometime today and just had time to sit down, check emails and read some blogs. Oh, please add me to the list for this wonderful CD. I can't wait to hear it! What a sweet give-away.

Yes, He does give good gifts. Just for us, His children.

May your heart be filled with songs of praise today.

135 posts of absolutely precious posting, dear Cathy. ((( you )))

I clicked on the WalMart site and then on each and every song selection. A couple that spoke to my heart immediately were Selah's rendition of There Is A Fountain, and Fernando Ortega's Be Thou My Vision. Oh...worshipful praise.

I'd love to have my name in the drawing for this lovely gift-a-way. Thank you.
