"As the Deer"
Deer Near Cabin
My daughter feeds the deer, around her property, seeds and apples. At times they have seen as many as 13 deer eating in the yard. It is cute to see all the deer sharing food with the rabbits. The neighbor's peacocks also wander down to feast. One day she was at the kitchen window and said, "Oh, there are two Bambi's out there." They were cute babies born recently.
Spring Secrets
They have rescued a couple of babies who were abandoned by their mother. One was crying out, running along their fence. They fed it goats milk, I believe, and took to a lady who cares for them.
Fawn
"As the Deer" is one of my favorite worship songs.

You are welcome, Sharon. Musicians do appreciate pretty music. :-)And thank you for leaving such a nice comment.
Kelli, I loved the pictures too. It is such fun to watch the deer. I appreciate your comment.
How wonderful it must be to be able to just look out your window and see deer and other animals and signs of Gods wonderful nature at work to care for these animals.
And I LOVE your pictures by the way.
Mimi,
Yes, my daughter and family are very blessed. I need to get a camera, so I can take pictures over there. She said she has seen the little rabbits dancing. :-) I am glad I had some pretty pictures of deer to choose from. Thank you for your comment.
I absolutely love this song...I love your blog Cathy
Thank you, Karen, we both love the song. Yours is the first comment I have had about the song. :-) And I'm glad you enjoy the blog.
Oh, we sing this song often in family worship time. It's a special favorite of the children. I love the story about your daughter's visitors. How wonderful!
It is sweet the children love it. :-) She has a bay window and many others in the bedroom and sun room, so they can watch the visitors. :-) Sometimes they come up really close to the house. Some deer don't even run away when she goes out to feed them.
Thank you for sharing this praise song, Cathy. It *is* beautiful, especially as it is performed in the you-tube clip. :o)
Goodness, Dear, haus frau, that was fast, after I left you the note about it! We must all be on the computer tonight. :-) I'm glad you enjoyed the song. I just love it too.
