I saw this on Cindy's blog.
11 year old Keith Green on "I've Got a Secret" ~
I love the late Christian singer Keith Green. He and his two young children died on July 28, 1982, in a plane crash. His song ,"There Is A Redeemer", is very beautiful.

I like "There Is A Redeemer" too.
I heard it for the first time in the car and thought it was so beautiful. It is much prettier when he sings it though.
I attended a Keith Green concert back in 1978 when I was 20 and living a life apart from Christ, having walked away from Him at the age of 18. I didn't fully submit to my Lord until I was 30 but throughout my 20's would listen to Keith's music and follow his ministry. He had an amazing impact on my life even though I walked a different path at that time. I realized later that the Lord was doing a work in my heart even then, to later forgive and restore that which the locusts had eaten. Praise God. You have no idea just how true that is.
I have his cd's and realize now that I haven't listened in a while. My favorite songs are:
Make My Life A Prayer
Rushing Wind
Your Love Broke Through
I'm so thankful the Lord worked through Keith to bring about such an amazing ministry.
Keith, as a Christian, lived a life of no compromise.
Thank you for sharing this. It touched my heart in a poignant way today.
Thank you Jane for your wonderful comment. Keith Green really did minister to the youth. I will have to see if I can find my CD of his music and listen to the songs you referred to. I'm glad the post blessed you today.
I will check these out...I enjoy your recommends
